Refund policy

At Nozzle Layers, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy carefully to understand the terms regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

All products eligible for return or exchange must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging, complete with all original tags, invoices, and accessories.

  • Products must be securely packed in a sturdy box or package to prevent any damage during transit.

  • Any product returned in a used, damaged, dirty, or altered condition will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

  • Products purchased during discount sales, clearance sales, or special offers are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • If a product description explicitly mentions “No Return / No Exchange,” that policy will be strictly followed.

📧 How to Raise a Request

  • All return or exchange requests must be submitted via email to support@nozzlelayers.com.

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your product.

🔁 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are exclusively allowed in the event of manufacturing defects or if an incorrect item was received.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, products must be shipped back to us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchange requests are only valid for products purchased directly from Nozzle Layers.

  • If a replacement product is currently unavailable, customers may choose an alternative product of equal value or wait for the item to be restocked.

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • All shipping charges for returns or exchanges (to and from Nozzle Layers) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We advise customers to use a reliable courier service or India Post for these shipments.

  • Nozzle Layers is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during return transit.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are not applicable under normal circumstances. In rare cases where a refund is approved by our team:

  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.

  • Please note that shipping charges, order processing fees, packaging costs, transaction fees, and taxes are strictly non-refundable.

⚠️ Damaged Products & Delivery Issues

  • Damaged in Transit: If you receive a product damaged during transit, please report it within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear images or videos.

  • Refusal: Please do not accept visibly damaged or tampered packages from the courier service.

  • Address/Delivery Issues: Orders returned due to an incorrect address, incorrect contact details, or customer unavailability are not eligible for cancellation or refund. These orders can be re-shipped once received back by us, and re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
