Shipping Policy

Each ClayCharm is carefully handcrafted and securely packed before dispatch. Due to the delicate nature of handmade products, we recommend recording a continuous unboxing video from the moment the package is opened.

• Damaged or broken items: If your ClayCharm arrives damaged or broken, you must provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video showing the unopened package, shipping label, and the product being unpacked. Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
  
• Wrong product: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
  
• Handmade variations: Minor variations in shape, texture, colour, or tiny imperfections are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.
  
• Damage after delivery: Damage caused by mishandling, accidental drops, excessive pressure, improper storage, or exposure to heat/direct sunlight is not eligible for replacement.
  

Claim period: Damage or incorrect-product claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
